Job Summary
Shift Leader at Domino's Pizza oversees daily shift operations and coordinates sales, costs, and customer service. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty, ensures high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with management and team members, handles order taking and cash/POS operations, oversees FOH/BOH activities, maintains food quality and sanitation, assists with inventory and scheduling, and opportunities to upsell while building loyal customers through consistent service and interaction.
