Job Summary
Oversee daily sales, costs, and employee retention while coordinating shift assignments and supporting the Manager on Duty. Manage front-of-house operations including cash handling, order processing, and customer service, alongside back-of-house duties such as food preparation, inventory control, and waste tracking. Execute pre-close functions, resolve complaints, and cross-train team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume operations.
