Job Summary
Shift Leader position at Domino’s Pizza (Ashburn, VA) responsible for daily oversight, coordination, and execution of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty, maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations, greets customers, processes orders promptly, supports shift management, assigns daily tasks, oversees cash handling and POS operations, ensures food safety and sanitation, assists with inventory and stock ordering, and helps build customer loyalty through friendly service. Focuses on ensuring quality standards, cross-training team members, coordinating scheduling, and taking initiative to handle additional tasks as needed. Requires strong communication, multitasking, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lead the team on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
