Job Summary
Oversee daily sales, costs, employee retention, and customer service while assisting the Manager on Duty. Greets customers, takes orders, and processes transactions accurately. Prepares pizzas, manages inventory, and ensures food quality and sanitation standards. Handles cash management, resolves complaints, and coordinates scheduling to maintain seamless operations.
