Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, including cash management, inventory control, and pre-close functions while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Greets customers, takes orders professionally, and resolves complaints promptly to encourage repeat business. Coordinates scheduling, cross-trains team members, and supports the Manager on Duty by communicating assignments and ensuring seamless service during high-volume shifts. Assemble pizzas, manage POS systems, and adhere to all safety and waste tracking procedures.
Required Qualifications
