Job Summary
Shift Leader position at a Domino’s Pizza franchise. Responsible for assisting in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives related to sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service and maintains high standards of customer experience. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty, communicates effectively with management and team members, greets customers, processes orders, supports shift management, assigns daily tasks, oversees cash handling and POS operations, ensures food preparation standards, assists with inventory and stock ordering, and trains or cross-trains team members to ensure smooth operations. Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions, addresses complaints professionally, and helps maintain overall store performance in a fast-paced environment.
