Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, including cash management, inventory control, and staff scheduling to ensure seamless service during high-volume shifts. Execute food preparation, order taking, and customer interactions while maintaining strict quality and sanitation standards. Resolve complaints, manage pre-close functions, and cross-train team members to support the Manager on Duty.
Required Qualifications
