Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, sales, costs, and employee retention while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and sanitation. Lead the Manager on Duty, coordinate shift assignments, and manage cash and inventory control. Execute pre-close functions, process orders via POS, and prepare pizzas and menu items according to specifications. Resolve customer complaints, handle transactions, and cross-train team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume operations.
Required Qualifications
