Shift Leader - 4340

Assists in the daily oversight, coordination and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty; maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations; communicates clearly with management and team members; greets customers and takes orders professionally; informs customers about menu and specials; supports shift management; communicates daily job assignments; oversees pre-close functions maintaining service and food quality; handles front-of-house cash management and POS operations; adheres to waste tracking, food and labor cost practices; opportunities to upsell; builds loyal customers through friendly interactions; resolves complaints professionally; cross-trains and coordinates scheduling; assists with inventory control and stock ordering; ensures adherence to quality standards and company policies; performs other duties as assigned.
