Job Summary
Assists in the daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty, maintains high standards of customer service during a fast-paced operation, communicates clearly with management and team members, greets customers, takes orders, explains menu and specials, supports shift management, assigns daily tasks, oversees pre-close functions, manages cash and POS operations, tracks inventory and waste, ensures food safety and quality, cross-trains staff, assists with scheduling, and contributes to customer loyalty through friendly interactions and professional service.
