Job Summary
Assists in the daily oversight, coordination and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD), oversees high-volume, fast-paced operations, communicates clearly with management and team members, greets customers, takes orders, and helps manage shift assignments. Responsibilities include front-of-house and back-of-house duties, cash handling, POS operations, ensuring food quality and safety, inventory control, upselling, and training/coordinating staff to ensure seamless service and repeat customers.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to train and coach staff
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage shift schedules and operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead a team on duty
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting
- Experience in inventory control and waste tracking
