Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, sales, costs, and employee retention while supporting the Manager on Duty. Greets customers, takes orders, and manages cash and coupon accountability. Prepares pizzas, measures ingredients, and ensures food quality and sanitation standards. Handles inventory control, stock ordering, and waste tracking. Resolves complaints, cross-trains team members, and coordinates scheduling for seamless service.
Required Qualifications
