Job Summary
Shift Leader at a Domino's Pizza franchise, responsible for assisting in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives across sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service and maintains image standards, greets customers, takes orders, supports shift management, assigns tasks, oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, handles cash and POS, ensures food preparation and sanitation, participates in inventory control, trains and coordinates scheduling, and supports cross-training and problem resolution to build loyal customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
