Shift Leader - 3rd Shift

Oversee Youth Care Workers in the Operations Center of an on-site children’s residential facility, ensuring line-of-sight supervision of minors and serving as liaison with other leads and on-site vendors. Ensure contractual requirements and client expectations are met; may be assigned to departments such as Clothing, Inventory, Laundry, Valuables, and Phone Call. Responsibilities include supervising staff, documenting supervision with supervisory logs, completing required department documentation, maintaining on-site safety and surveillance, providing feedback and coverage as needed, coordinating transitions for children between activities and locations, and ensuring compliance with Urban Strategies and contract regulations. Requires strong leadership, bilingual English–Spanish communication, and the ability to manage multiple staff and projects in a fast-paced residential setting.
