Job Summary
Shift Leader 2nd Shift at a on-site children’s residential facility in San Benito, TX. Oversees Youth Care Workers in the Operations Center, ensuring line-of-sight supervision of minors and that staff perform according to contract policies. Coordinates with leads and on-site vendors, and may be assigned to multiple departments (e.g., Clothing, Inventory, Laundry, Valuables, Phone Call). Drives documentation, supervision logs, and ensures compliance with Urban Strategies and contract regulations while maintaining safety and effective staff supervision across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience working with youths or similar environment
- Bilingual English – Spanish
- Driver’s License
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
