Job Summary
Support daily shift operations, oversee team members, and ensure safety policies and procedures are followed. Provide excellent customer service by helping clients choose wash packages and resolving concerns. Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs, and maintain site cleanliness and wash quality. Assist with incident reports, operational documentation, and store opening and closing procedures. Lead the team while staying active outdoors in various weather conditions, available for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Available evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
