Job Summary
Oversee shift operations at WhiteWater Express car wash, lead and empower team members to perform duties, manage incident reporting and equipment maintenance, monitor wash package performance and tunnel efficiency, enforce safety protocols, assist customers with membership accounts and information, manage opening and closing procedures, and communicate improvement opportunities to management. Lead a positive, customer-focused environment, provide training, resolve customer concerns, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality service and safety compliance across the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Strong team player with leadership abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; standing/moving for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with focus on safety and high-quality service
