Support daily shift operations, oversee team performance, and ensure safety policies are followed while maintaining site cleanliness and wash quality. Resolve customer concerns, assist with package selections, and monitor equipment performance to report maintenance needs. Manage store opening and closing procedures, complete incident reports, and foster a positive, team-focused environment. This active, full-time role requires standing throughout the shift, working evenings and weekends, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and possess leadership or customer service experience.
