Shift Leader #1124

Shift Leader partners with the store management team to learn and assist with the overall operations of the store on an assigned shift, including but not limited to, Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing. They will assist in training and directing the customer service representative in their duties as required by company policy and procedures as they learn basic management duties. Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities, promotes the FiveStar treatment, collaborates with the FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by policies, assists in training and educating store team on policies and communications, supports inventory control, safety and robbery prevention guidelines, ensures quality food operation, and participates in merchandising and communications (e.g., pricing, display, signage). Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and physical requirements including standing, lifting up to 55 lbs., and working in cold environments.
