Job Summary

Responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented, customer-focused environment; addressing concerns and incident reporting; monitoring equipment and wash package performance to optimize efficiency; upholding safety protocols; informing customers about wash products, packages, and memberships; assisting with membership account updates and issue resolution; managing store opening/closing procedures; learning car wash chemistry and its impact on wash quality; identifying and resolving wash quality issues; communicating improvement opportunities to management; administering customer feedback surveys to maintain high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong team player with leadership abilities to guide and support colleagues
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or moving for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards
- Adherence to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals per safety guidelines
