Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees shift operations, assists with incident reporting and equipment maintenance, monitors wash package functions and tunnel performance, and leads a team to ensure safe, efficient service. Responsibilities include guiding staff, fostering a customer-focused environment, addressing concerns, maintaining safety training, assisting customers with memberships, managing opening/closing tasks, learning car wash chemistry, identifying wash quality issues, communicating improvements to management, and collecting customer feedback to uphold service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or moving for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards
- Strong team player with leadership abilities to guide and support colleagues
- Adherence to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals per safety guidelines
