Job Summary
Shift Leader at WhiteWater Express oversees shift operations, leads and empowers team members, assists with incident reporting and equipment maintenance, and ensures safety and quality of service. Responsible for monitoring wash package functions and tunnel performance, communicating areas for improvement to management, handling customer information and memberships, and managing opening/closing procedures. Requires leadership, outdoor adaptability, physical stamina, attention to detail, safety compliance, and ability to provide excellent customer service across shifts.
Required Qualifications
