Job Summary
Shift Leader at WhiteWater Express oversees shift operations, leads team members to execute daily duties, and assists management with incident reports, equipment maintenance, and reporting. Responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented environment, supporting leadership development, resolving concerns, monitoring equipment and wash performance, ensuring safety training and policy adherence, informing customers about wash products and memberships, managing opening/closing procedures, learning car wash chemistry and its impact on wash quality, identifying wash quality issues, communicating improvement opportunities to management, and administering customer feedback surveys to maintain high-quality service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods
- Strong team player with leadership abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with focus on safety and high-quality service
