Shift Leader responsible for supervising restaurant shifts and staff at an Independent Domino’s Franchisee location, ensuring high quality products and customer service, executing company policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with laws. Duties include training and coaching team members, achieving appropriate staffing levels, handling cash transactions and banking deposits, processing orders (phone and in-person), delivering timely service, managing inventory and paperwork, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced pizza operation. Qualifications include strong verbal and written communication, ability to train and lead a team, basic math for cash handling, and a driver’s license for delivery duties. This is a non-exempt, hourly role located in Salina, KS.
