Job Summary
Greet customers, take orders, and process payments while preparing and packaging food and drink products to standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the restaurant, conduct daily food safety audits, and monitor inventory performance. Assist with opening and closing tasks, restock supplies, and perform dishwashing as needed. Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment, provide ongoing coaching, and report serious issues to management. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and workplace laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Comes to work with good hygiene
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time
- A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service related business
