Job Summary
Shift Lead responsible for customer engagement, team leadership, and operational oversight during shifts at Take 5 Car Wash. You will greet customers, answer questions about wash options and memberships, promote unlimited wash memberships, educate customers on packages, oversee vehicle flow into the wash tunnel, monitor equipment, enforce safety protocols, and lead the team in the absence of the Site Leader. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, delegating tasks, resolving operational issues, ensuring wash quality under the Sparkle Assurance standards, and providing feedback to maintain exceptional service. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and proactive process improvements across a growing territory.
