Job Summary
Shift Lead at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, leading the team in the absence of the Site Leader, engaging customers, promoting unlimited wash memberships and offerings, and upholding safety and quality standards. Duties include greeting customers, answering questions about services, guiding vehicles through wash operations, monitoring equipment, enforcing safety protocols, opening/closing the site, delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and continuously improving processes to exceed customer expectations. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, operations oversight, and a commitment to a fast, friendly, and convenient experience.
