Shift Lead

Shift Lead responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, leading the team in the absence of management, delivering a positive customer experience, and upholding site standards. Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions about services and memberships, promoting unlimited wash memberships, educating customers on wash packages, directing vehicles into the wash, ensuring safety and quality standards, reporting malfunctions, opening/closing procedures, delegating tasks, resolving operational issues, and providing guidance to the team to maintain efficient site operations and high wash-quality.
