Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Take 5 Car Wash to ensure smooth shift operations, lead and support the team, engage customers, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about services and memberships, promoting unlimited wash memberships, guiding the team during openings/closings, directing tasks, resolving operational issues, inspecting vehicles for quality, enforcing safety protocols, and providing feedback to maintain high wash quality. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, operational efficiency, and ongoing process improvement. We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals who can drive performance across a growing network.
