Shift Lead

Shift Lead responsible for ensuring smooth shifts by engaging customers, guiding the team, and meeting quality standards. Key duties include greeting customers, explaining wash options and memberships, directing vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring safety protocols, opening/closing procedures, delegating tasks, addressing operational issues, inspecting vehicles for quality, and driving customer satisfaction and sales growth. The role requires leadership to supervise staff in the absence of management and to continuously seek process improvements to exceed customer expectations.
