Job Summary
Execute warehouse and kitchen fulfillment processes, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Delegate tasks to Operations Associates, guide the team through shift operations, and serve as the escalation point for daily issues. Prepare food in a light-prep kitchen when required, manage equipment and assets to prevent loss or theft, and ensure smooth Dasher pickups. Engage in day-to-day tasks to support both warehouse and kitchen functions while contributing ideas to improve quality and customer experience. Maintain accountability for all assigned shift processes and uphold a positive, respectful atmosphere.

- You have the ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
- DoorDash will provide this training
- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A college diploma is even better but not required
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You're organized
- proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- You have flexibility in your schedule
- Depending upon the scheduling needs of the hiring site
- you can be available for a number of different shifts a week
