Job Summary
Shift Lead at Domino's Pizza (Waiakea/Hilo) oversees customer service and team operations in a store setting. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facility. The role requires accurate monetary transactions, ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide, and verbal/written communication with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. The candidate should be capable of entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and adapt to varying in-store conditions and temperatures. Physical duties encompass standing for long periods, lifting up to ~50 pounds, frequent reaching, bending, and other manual tasks. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement from frontline roles toward management tracks within the Domino's store network.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior QSR experience highly desired.
