Job Summary
Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed and offering product information and guidance. Address customer inquiries and concerns, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on feedback. Support staff in training on proper cash handling and transaction procedures, perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting, and participate in routine cash register audits. Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards, organize products for easy restocking, and assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies. Monitor supply chain performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and report on product trends and customer preferences. This role is non-supervisory and requires a valid New Mexico Food Handler License. The position is full-time, non-exempt, located in Midtown, New Mexico, with an hourly range of $17.00 to $19.61 including tips.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler License
