Job Summary
Lead and coach restaurant teams during peak periods, ensuring 100% table visits and resolution of guest issues; open/close the restaurant with proper paperwork; manage labor and payroll considerations; supervise Front of House and Heart of House operations; train and develop team members; monitor food safety, alcohol service, and overall guest satisfaction; perform shift duties including break-down of cash drawers, safe audits, daily QSC, line checks, and daily log updates; communicate shift highlights and drive service excellence through leadership, coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
- Preferred: prior experience managing others or two years of Buffalo Wild Wings experience
