Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer experience and ensure effective sales floor movement while leading in-store tasks and exemplifying brand standards. Provide training to Store Associates to meet production goals, including product-finishing projects, and ensure accurate merchandising and food safety protocol adherence. Target sales objectives and maintain store compliance with loss prevention standards. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and improvement topics. This part-time role requires physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours, lift 15-40 pounds, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- passionate about chocolate
- physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
- ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
- physical agility and the ability to stay organized
- ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
- ability to lift 15-40 pounds
