Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and support in-house teams while ensuring production goals are met through training and product-finishing projects. Lead in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying brand standards and maintaining effective sales floor movement. Ensure accurate product merchandising, strict adherence to food safety protocols, and achievement of sales objectives alongside store compliance and loss prevention standards. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and improvement topics, while executing other role-related duties assigned by the Store Manager. This part-time Key Holder role offers competitive hourly pay, premium holiday pay, and an annual bonus within Läderach's agile retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- passionate about chocolate
- physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
- ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
- physical agility and the ability to stay organized
- ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
- ability to lift 15-40 pounds
