Job Summary
The Shift Lead at Spotless Brands supports site operations by ensuring effective execution of daily operations during assigned shifts. This operational support role involves directing workflows, maintaining operational standards, and enhancing team productivity and customer service. Responsibilities include assisting site management, monitoring vehicle entry and exit procedures, addressing customer inquiries, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Candidates are expected to possess an understanding of customer service principles, the ability to lead by example, and basic technical proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant customer-facing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
