Job Summary
As a Shift Lead at Ultimate Shine Car Wash, you will support Managers in operating car wash sites, supervise Crew Members, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of wash packages, explaining Loyalty and Rewards programs, safely using car wash equipment, guiding customers, and performing cleaning tasks. Ideal candidates are team players with strong customer service skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to pass a contingent background screening
