Job Summary
Shift Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings in Tualatin, OR responsible for leading and coaching team members, ensuring 100% of table visits and guest issue resolution during the shift, monitoring food quality, safety, and alcohol service, managing labor, opening/closing duties, shift communications, cash handling, administrative paperwork, and providing direction to Front of House and Heart of House teams. Must ensure proper product and storage, perform line checks, run a mid-shift, conduct pre-shift meetings, and address guest complaints while upholding service standards and supporting management objectives. Requires Wing Certified Trainer certification and Shift Leader certification, with 21+ years of age; Prior experience managing others preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
