Job Summary
Shift Lead on the third shift to directly support the store manager, ensuring the store runs efficiently, following laws and policies, maximizing sales, and maintaining asset control. Responsible for providing excellent customer service leadership, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, ensuring merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement) are properly implemented, rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, and responding quickly to emergencies for safety of customers and employees. Requires ability to stand for an entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, and work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays; experience in retail or customer service is required.
