Job Summary
Shift Lead (Third Shift) at S&G in the Maumee/Perrysburg area leads store operations under the store manager, ensuring policies are followed, merchandise and marketing programs are implemented, and customer service is delivered. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining store appearance and plan-o-gram integrity, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, rotating foodservice products, monitoring store activities for proper transactions, and responding to emergencies to ensure customer and employee safety. Requires retail or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (and up to 10 pounds frequently), ability to stand for a full shift, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
