Job Summary
Greet customers, answer service inquiries, and promote memberships while observing interactions to enhance team service. Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel, prepare cars by removing obstacles, and monitor equipment for malfunctions. Enforce safety protocols, assist with operational issues, and perform accurate opening and closing procedures. Lead the crew during shifts, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain standards. Inspect each vehicle before and after washing to ensure quality and report equipment problems. Handle unexpected challenges or staff issues by escalating to leadership when necessary.
