Shift Lead at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, engaging customers, promoting memberships, guiding the team in the absence of the Site Leader, and upholding safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining wash options and memberships, directing vehicles into the wash tunnel, monitoring equipment, enforcing safety protocols, opening/closing procedures, leading the team during shifts, and providing feedback to maintain high wash quality and customer satisfaction.
