Job Summary
Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prepare cars by removing obstacles, and monitor equipment for malfunctions while enforcing all safety protocols. Greet customers, answer service questions, and promote memberships to drive engagement and sales. Lead the crew during shifts, delegate tasks, and provide real-time feedback to maintain performance and operational efficiency. Inspect each vehicle before and after the wash to ensure quality standards are met and report any issues affecting service. Handle unexpected staff challenges and escalate to leadership when necessary. This role requires physical activity outdoors and strong ownership, with a base pay of $10.00 - $14.30.
