Job Summary
Shift Lead at KC Bell Inc. (a Taco Bell franchise) oversees restaurant shifts, runs great work shifts, and ensures Taco Bell standards. A successful candidate will supervise and direct subordinates, provide guest service, stock shelves and maintain store operations, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and teamwork to help drive a great guest experience. Weekend and late-night availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required. The role emphasizes leadership development, advancement opportunities, and a positive attitude to support the Restaurant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
- Able to do basic business math
- Willing to help and guide others

- Good communication with people at all levels
