Job Summary
The Taco Bell Shift Supervisor supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and communicate easily with people at all levels, willing to help and guide others and be guest service focused. Responsibilities include overseeing subordinate employees, providing direction during shifts, stock handling, and ensuring efficient operation during late-night, weekdays and weekend shifts. This role involves basic business math, customer service excellence, leadership and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours. The position is with KC Bell Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, and offers opportunities for advancement and benefits after 1 year.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
