Job Summary
Lead shift operations for a Taco Bell franchise by executing the MIC Success Routine and managing team members to ensure customer satisfaction, food safety, and service standards. Responsibilities include ensuring Shift Excellence tasks are completed, maintaining uniform appearance, resolving customer complaints, coordinating with management, training and developing team members, enforcing cash controls and labor management, overseeing product preparation and holding times, and maintaining health and safety standards. Requires ability to perform basic business math, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background and drug checks; 18+ years old; reliable transportation. The role emphasizes ownership attitude, teamwork, and maintaining high activity levels while supporting RGM in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
