Job Summary
Oversee and manage subordinate employees by providing direction, ensuring the Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager in running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Stock shelves and coolers while tolerating standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during 90% of shift time. Communicate easily with people at all levels to maintain guest service focus and guide others with a positive attitude. Available for all shifts including late nights, weekdays, and weekends, with free food provided while on duty. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
