Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G supports the store manager in daily operations, delivers customer service leadership, ensures policy compliance, maintains merchandising standards and cleanliness, processes cash and card transactions with integrity, oversees foodservice product freshness through rotation, enforces plan-o-gram integrity and appropriate signage, and responds to emergencies to ensure safety for customers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays
