Job Summary
Shift Lead to supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants, ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation, handle questions and service recovery, monitor daily operations and cleanliness, promote memberships and services, and lead by example in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, leadership experience, and ability to work weekends/holidays; position based in Clermont, FL with outdoor duties and potential growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
- Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—you’ll train the right person!
- Pay & Perks: competitive hourly pay between $17.00-$19.00 + bonus opportunities
